Duskies are happy to warrant our range against manufacturing defects in the materials used, or in the workmanship, for a period of 6 months (180 days) from the purchase date. If Duskies deem the product defective we will repair the item with no charge to you. In the case that the item cannot be repaired to normal conditions of use we will replace the item at no cost to you. If your Duskies product is no longer available we will replace it with a Duskies product of the same or similar style and or colour.
Duskies does not warrant against accidents or lack of care that result in cracks, chips or dents. Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, scratches, or any damage due to misuse are also not covered. (Scratched sunglass lens are not covered under warranty) Alteration, misuse or abuse of any Duskies products will void its warranty.
Assessment of any products under warranty remain at the discretion of Duskies.
Duskies requires proof of purchase from www.duskies.co.nz or a New Zealand approved retailer to complete the warranty claim.
This warranty does not cover prescription lenses. Please do not return any frames with your prescription lenses inserted. We are not responsible for any prescription lenses that arrive into the Duskies HQ for a warranty claim.
We encourage you to send your Duskies product by a traceable method, as Duskies is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
All warranty claims must be submitted through email@example.com with warranty in the subject of your email. Please include images and the style code in the email.
If your frames are not covered under the warranty policy, you may be eligible for our accident policy.
If your frames are not covered under the warranty, in some cases a repair may be possible. We charge $39 for repairs. This includes shipping back to you within NZ. If you are overseas an extra shipping charge will apply.
We cannot replace sunglass lenses if they are scratched or dented, this is only possible if you have an optical compatible frame with the special screw point.
